The Tropic Star Billfish Tournament, held November 17-21, 2026 at Tropic Star Lodge in Panama, is an all-release event targeting blue marlin and black marlin in the waters off Piñas Bay. The tournament qualifies for the Offshore World Championship and features two days of competitive fishing plus an additional day of offshore fishing. Anglers can book packages starting at $5,500 per person, which includes three days of fishing, four nights of lodging, meals, and transfers.
