Description of Service

Sportfish Hub is a tournament calendar and information resource for offshore fishing tournaments worldwide. We compile schedules, prize structures, species targets, locations, and other details to help anglers plan their seasons.

Tournament Information Disclaimer

Tournament dates, locations, species, prize amounts, and other details displayed on Sportfish Hub are compiled from publicly available sources. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

Always verify tournament details directly with the organizer before making travel or registration decisions.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • One account per person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the site
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The compilation, organization, and presentation of tournament data on Sportfish Hub is owned by Sportfish Hub / AH360 Photography LLC. Individual tournament names, logos, and details belong to their respective organizers.

Limitation of Liability

Sportfish Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on tournament information displayed on this site, including but not limited to travel plans, registration fees, or financial commitments.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

If we update these terms, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Sportfish Hub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
