The Ocean Reef Sailfish Classic, held in Key Largo on Florida's east coast, runs January 15–17 and targets sailfish in the productive waters off the reef. Anglers competing in this three-day event fish the Gulf Stream and nearshore grounds where winter sailfish congregate in strong numbers. You'll find the tournament based out of Ocean Reef Club, one of the region's established fishing operations.
