About

The Louisiana Tuna & Wahoo Classic runs February through March in Venice, Louisiana, targeting yellowfin tuna and wahoo across the Northern Gulf. Participants select their three best fishing days during the two-month window, with catches weighed at multiple stations before final payouts at the conclusion of the tournament. The event includes a kickoff party with live music and crawfish boil, followed by an awards presentation for top finishers in each species category.
